15F87 - Stonebridge - Benton, IL 62812 Salary Range: $18.00 - $24.50 hourly for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-Time & Part-Time at Stonebridge Nursing and Rehabilitation.
Stonebridge Nursing and Rehabilitation is growing and we are excited to expand our CNA team. As summer brings new opportunities, we are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for all shifts in a supportive, team-oriented environment where your work truly makes a difference.

CNA Wage Scale Based on Experience
- Less than 1 year: $18.00/hour
- 1 year: $19.50/hour
- 2 years: $20.50/hour
- 3 years: $21.50/hour
- 4 years: $22.50/hour
- 5 years: $23.50/hour
- 6+ years: $24.50/hour
- Weekend Differential: +$2.00/hour
- Overnight Differential: +$2.00/hour
- 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Flexible scheduling based on availability
- Rotating weekends and set schedules may apply based on staffing needs
