This seasonal role focuses on providing 1:1 pediatric home health care for children with medical complexities. RNs and LPNs will deliver individualized care in the home setting.

THE POSITION

• Location: St. Paul, MN (55119)
• Hours:
  • Days Sunday through Saturday 10 hour shifts
  • Overnights Sunday through Saturday 10 hour shifts
• Client Specifics: Infant with trach, vent, and gj-tube
  * RN Only*
• Location: St. Paul, MN (55102)
• Hours:
  • Overnights Sunday, Monday, Thursday & Friday 12-hour shifts
• Client Specifics: 2 year old with trach, vent, and g-tube
• Location: St. Paul, MN (55109)
• Hours:
  • Days Saturday & Sundays 9 hour shifts
  • Overnights Wednesday & Saturday 10 hour shifts
• Client Specifics: Infant with trach, vent, and g-tube

Up to a $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights

Night & Weekend Bonus Structure - You choose the shift. We add the boost.

• Weekday Nights (Mon–Fri): +$1/hour

TRAINING & SUPPORT

We provide specialized, hands‑on training in ventilator, trach, and g‑tube care. No experience is required to begin. 24/7 support will help you grow into the role.

SALARY RANGE

Base hourly rates vary by license and experience: $25.00 to $31.00 for LPN; $35.00 to $41.00 for RN.
