Outreach LPN | Sauk Centre

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the community? Join us as an Outreach LPN in Sauk Centre and work alongside dedicated providers for various outreach clinics. The LPN will provide patient rooming for all types of clinic visits, communicate results and other pertinent medical information to patients and providers, assist in assuring the day‑to‑day activities of the clinic are completed efficiently and assist providers with clinic procedures among various other duties.

• Part‑time | 40 hours every two weeks
• Monday – Friday | Various shifts between 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
• No weekends, holidays or call rotation!

• Starting pay begins at $25.20 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience
  • Pay range: $25.20 – $37.81 per hour
• $2,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 in relocation assistance for eligible candidates!

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Current licensure in the State of Minnesota
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card per established policy
• Must function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity and ability to work effectively with patients, families, medical staff and general public
