We are seeking an experienced and compassionate
** Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor
** to oversee nursing services and support high-quality resident care at
** The Willows of Ramsey Hill**. This leadership role is responsible for clinical oversight, staff supervision, care coordination, regulatory compliance, and ensuring residents receive exceptional care that supports dignity, safety, and well-being.
** Shift:
** Full-Time 1.0 FTE

** 8:00am- 4:30pm
** NO ONCALL OR WEEKENDS!*
* ** Wage:** $38.17–$46.57/hr.
** What You’ll Do*
* • Conduct resident assessments and develop individualized care plans  
• Monitor resident conditions and update care plans as needed  
• Oversee medication management and ensure physician order compliance  
• Communicate with physicians, families, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams  
• Supervise and support licensed and unlicensed nursing staff  
• Provide staff coaching, training, orientation, and performance oversight  
• Ensure proper staffing coverage and scheduling coordination  
• Maintain compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations  
• Participate in audits, infection control initiatives, and quality improvement efforts  
• Address resident and family concerns professionally and promptly  
• Support transitions of care including hospital discharges and hospice coordination  
• Serve as an on-call nursing resource as needed
** Qualifications*
* • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing  
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota in good standing  
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills  
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities  
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and basic computer systems  
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment
** Preferred*
* • Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, home care, or public health nursing  
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting  
• Knowledge of Minnesota senior living regulations and compliance standards
** Physical Requirements*
* • Ability to move throughout the workday and navigate multiple care settings  
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 75 pounds  
• Frequent standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching  
• Ability to assess residents and operate clinical equipment safely and effectively
