Registered Nurse - RN

Job Overview

Ebenezer is looking for a Registered Nurse - RN to provide personal cares to improve and maintain the assisted living residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our seniors in Bloomington, MN location, Meadowoods. The RN will work 72 hours in two weeks, day/evening shift, with one weekend per month.

• Day/evening shift
• One weekend per month

• Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan.
• Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies.
• Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modifies as needed.
• Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided.

• Current MN RN license or will obtain by start date.
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers (3‑week grace period for BLS).

• Comfortable using Microsoft Windows and electronic charting systems.
• Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN.
• Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providers.
• Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population.

An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
