Position SummaryThe RN Supervisor at The Geneva Suites is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of each home. Ensures high quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and effective staff performance. Partners with leadership to improve clinical outcomes and maintain a safe, efficient care environment. You build lasting relationships with residents and families, ensure clinical excellence, and model the compassionate, personalized approach that defines our homes.

What You Will Do- Conduct RN assessments, develop care plans, and revise as needed.
- Complete medication set‑up, narcotic audits, and medication delegation.
- Perform new resident admissions, obtain orders, and communicate with physicians.
- Supervise discharges and transitions of care when necessary.
- Train and supervise care partners and subordinate nurses.
- Conduct and document supervisory visits.
- Identify care partner education needs and facilitate in‑service training.
- Support new care partners during onboarding, including trust transfer meetings with operations staff.
- Document clinical notes, incidents, and updates in Residex.
- Monitor care delivery and ensure all services meet 144G compliance standards.
- Participate in quality assurance and safety audits.
- Foster trusting relationships with residents and their families.
- Serve as clinical liaison for families, case managers, and medical professionals.
- Address questions, concerns, and ensure consistent follow‑up.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Uphold a supportive and empowering culture within the home.
- Encourage Care Partners through mentorship, recognition, and communication.
- Provide nursing support coverage during both business hours and designated after‑hours on‑call rotations.
- Additional tasks as assigned.

- Licensed Registered Nurse (State of Minnesota)
- 2+ years of experience in assisted living, home care, or residential care preferred.
- Experience supervising or training staff is a plus.
- Strong understanding of state regulations (144G), care planning, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend and carry out directions and instructions.
- Able to function independently.

Working Condition RequirementsPHYSICAL DEMANDS: (Occasionally means 1‑2 hours of an 8‑hour workday, frequently means 2.5 to 5.5 hours, continually means 6 to 8 hours)
Activities include: sit frequently, stand frequently, walk frequently, bend/stoop occasionally; squat/crawl occasionally.
Reach above/below shoulder level frequently; lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs. frequently; over 50 lbs. occasionally.
Environmental conditions:
inside continually, outside occasionally; exposed to temperatures of 32°F and less occasionally, 100°F and more occasionally; wet and humid conditions occasionally; noise, vibration occasionally.
Hazards/Exposure: infectious wastes continually, toxic chemicals occasionally, needles/body fluids continually, radiation never, chemo therapeutics never, mechanical hazards – driving frequently.
