Bright Star Care is seeking an RN Home Care Case Manager to support patients in the Minneapolis metro area (Bloomington, Edina, Eden Prairie, etc.). This role is salaried and focuses on assessments, re-assessments, and some skilled care for home care private pay and veteran clients.
The RN will work with a team of nurses to ensure patient safety and well-being at home, with PTO accrual from day one and mileage reimbursement between clients and the office.
