• Unit Operations
  :
  Oversee daily functions and 24-hour care for a designated Long-Term Care unit.
• Staff Leadership
  :
  Supervise, mentor, and support a team of RNs, LPNs, and Nursing Assistants.
• Care Coordination
  :
  Manage resident and physician referrals effectively.
• Medical Communication
  :
  Partner with physicians to update and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Liaison
  :
  Serve as the primary point of contact for physicians, residents, and families.

• Licensure
  :
  Current RN or LPN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Certification
  :
  Active CPR certification required.
• Experience
  :
  Previous supervisory and Long-Term Care experience preferred.

  Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
