Director of Nursing is responsible for overseeing all nursing services in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care center. The DON ensures high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and efficient clinical operations.

Pay: $52.02 min - $78.02 hourly/ max

What you’ll get to do in this role:

• Supervising and evaluating nursing staff
• Communicating with providers, residents and family members
• Help recruit and retain staff
• Vision for improving policies and best practices
• Demonstrates commitment and personal growth
• Supports and communicates with all department to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents
• Coaching and counseling nursing staff on work related performances

You’re an excellent fit, if you have:

• An active MN RN license
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred; master's degree in nursing or healthcare administration is a plus.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, OBRA guidelines, and state long-term care requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation systems.
