Registered Nurse Manager RN

Moose Lake Village, a Cassia senior living community in Moose Lake, MN, is currently seeking a Registered Nurse Manager to help our residents experience independence and dignity within a loving community atmosphere. As a Nurse Manager at Moose Lake Village you’ll oversee clinical operations, mentor nursing staff, and ensure the highest standards of care for our residents. The ideal candidate is a compassionate and experienced leader who thrives in a team-oriented setting and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults.

Position Type:
Full-Time, benefits eligible position

Shift Available:
Day Shift: 8:30am to 5:00pm

Wage Range: $38 to $42 per hour depending on experience.

• Work to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Manage and assign tasks to nursing staff on the assigned unit.
• Work with the DON to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Monitor in-house transfers, transfers to other facilities, and discharge planning.
• Document and maintain paperwork, referral records, and reports.
• Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Step in to support the nursing floor and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Current MN Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• TCU, LTC, and MDS experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and MS Outlook.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
