Lawn Care Crew Member

Join our dedicated team providing top-notch landscape services to both commercial and residential clients. We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for the outdoors. This role involves operating various landscaping equipment, maintaining high-quality workmanship, and interacting with customers. Prior experience in the lawn industry is a plus, but not required as we are willing to train the right candidate.

This is a full-time, seasonal position with a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement.

• Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Maintain a strong work ethic and good attendance
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Deliver high-quality workmanship
• Work collaboratively with other crew members
• Adapt to a flexible work schedule

• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to relocate to Minneapolis, MN 55420 before starting work
• Enjoyment of outdoor work
• Prior experience in the landscape industry (preferred but not required)

The pay for this position ranges from $20.00 to $32.00 per hour
, with an expected 30 to 45 hours per week. Pay is distributed on a weekly basis.
