Position: Quality Technician
Location: Bloomington, MN
Role Responsibilities- Complete material performance testing (e.g., Airflow, Water Entry Pressure, filter efficiency, etc.) for raw materials, membranes and laminates.
- Perform resolution activities for nonconforming parts, including inspecting incoming parts, writing reports of defects, conducting meetings, monitoring hold activity, logs, MRB areas, etc.
- Maintain timely and accurate record keeping, including recording test results in Infinity QS and/or special test logs, completing inventory transactions, and maintaining nonconforming records.
- Support internal product audits as well as quality management system audits, along with follow‑up activities related to findings.
- Prepare samples and submit tests for internal and external customers.
- Conduct preliminary data analysis for engineering tests and production data.
- Assist in generating Certificates of Analysis.
- Participate on teams as a quality resource for areas such as QS/ISO 9001, ISO
13485, cGMP, IATF
16949, statistical process control, testing, etc.
- Associate's degree or one or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment directly involved with quality.
- Experience with measuring tools and equipment used for inspection activities, acquired through previous roles, training, or formal education.
- Quality Certification(s).
- Hands‑on experience with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, statistical process control, testing, or similar quality systems and tools.
Hourly Pay Range: $21.92 - $27.40 per hour, depending on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.
Position is overtime eligible as per state and federal regulations.
