Polar Semiconductor is seeking a Process Technician Supervisor in Bloomington, MN. In this role, you will supervise the Process Technicians and ensure effective collaboration between various engineering teams while maintaining area performance metrics. You’ll support continuous improvements and train new technicians in a dynamic work environment.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in process sustaining, preferably in BEOL areas, along with strong leadership and time management skills. Along with a competitive salary of $90,000 – $105,000, benefits include health insurance, 401(k) with company match, and more.
