Quality Assurance Specialist

Quality assurance specialists are responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and proposing measures to correct or improve a company's final products and processes to meet established quality standards.

• Assist with providing customer requested regulatory requirements (ROHS, REACH & Conflict Mineral)
• Provide ownership in the Quality NCMR process
• Perform inspections as required
• Create control plans for inspections in One Factory
• Perform internal audits, create audit plans and reports. Follow up on corrective action.
• Assist in completing customer surveys as required
• Assist in the development of internal procedures for Lakeview’s Quality System
• Perform PPAP/FA process for new parts (including loading documents into customer portals as needed)
• Contribute to problem solving and solutions
• Create Material Certs for outbound shipments as needed
• Back up other members of QA during absences
• Live out company core values, demonstrate good judgement, and decision making to assist with overall company goals
• Other Duties as assigned

• Preferred associates degree in a technical field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a quality department and familiarity with its responsibilities
• Familiar with customer quality requirements (ex. Control plans, PFMEA’s, PPAP’s, ISO, QMS, etc.)
