Job Summary
Join a leading global life sciences and filtration innovator in Maplewood, MN, for a high‑impact, 18‑month contract opportunity. We are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist III to lead global compliance and product stewardship initiatives for a diverse portfolio of filtration, purification, and bioprocessing products.

- Develop and execute global regulatory strategies supporting new product commercialization and lifecycle management.
- Ensure product compliance with global regulations, including TSCA, REACH, RoHS, and PFAS.
- Serve as the regulatory representative on global cross‑functional product development teams during Stage Gate processes.
- Author compliance letters, technical declarations, and certificates to efficiently resolve customer inquiries.
- Monitor emerging global regulatory changes and communicate business impacts to executive leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Product Stewardship, or technical compliance functions.
- Demonstrated experience managing global chemical and environmental compliance programs.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Experience supporting filtration, bioprocessing, or medical device products.
- Deep knowledge of global chemical regulations (TSCA, REACH, GHS, PFAS).
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality management systems.
