Choice Hotels - - - Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner;
Notify servers of new seats in their section to ensure guests receive immediate attention;
Maintain a high level of visibility in restaurant by staying at greeter station and circulating to assist servers;
Manage list of waiting guests and seating assignments to maximize efficiency and revenue;
Clean tables, chairs and floor area as needed; assist service team as necessary
