Role Overview:
As a Visual Merchandiser at HOM Furniture, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our store's visual presentation. Your main responsibilities will include designing and maintaining engaging retail displays
, managing product arrangement, and ensuring our showroom meets high standards of visual merchandising
. This role focuses on creating compelling product displays that captivate customers and inspire them to transform their homes.

Pay:

• Hourly Wage: $17 - $19 per hour
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shifts

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain visually compelling retail displays that inspire customers.
• Manage product display and inventory, including updating tags and assisting with counts.
• Assemble and arrange products to optimize showroom layout and visual marketing
  .
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of displays and products to ensure they meet our visual merchandising standards.
• Take on additional tasks related to visual presentation as needed.

Training Includes:

• Techniques for effective visual merchandising and display design
  .
• Best practices for managing inventory and maintaining high standards of store visuals
  .
• Utilizing HOM Furniture's resources to enhance retail design and presentation.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or GED (or currently working towards).
• Experience: Preferred two years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
