Retail - West, Mall of America.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour. Seasonal period:
June 7, 2026 – September 7, 2026.

Availability Requirements:

• Weekends (Saturday and Sunday): at least 14 hours of open availability between the two days.
• At least one closing across Saturday and Sunday.
• Optional:
  Weekdays and holidays available for three closing shifts.

Employment is not guaranteed for the full period; seasonal team members may have their employment concluded at any time based on business needs or performance.

You must be 18 years of age or older to apply for this role.

• Greet every customer with warmth, authenticity, poise, and intention, creating inclusive, personalized, and elevated experiences.
• Learn product stories, sizing, and fit to confidently support each customer and build trust.
• Use elevated body language, professional tone, and refined selling behaviors to maintain a premium brand feel in a fast‑paced, high‑traffic environment.
• Stay focused and aware during busy peak hours, keeping the floor stocked, clean, and organized.
• Leverage company tools and resources, remaining calm, clear, and prioritizing the customer when challenges arise.
• Adapt to different zones of the store as needed, embracing learning agility and professionalism.
• Ask questions, take feedback seriously, and seek opportunities to improve work each day.
• Maintain energy and intention on every shift, driving results and supporting store goals.
• Hold a high standard of excellence, fostering a high‑performing, team‑oriented culture.
• Communicate openly and professionally, listening actively and contributing to a supportive team culture.
• Celebrate each customer and team member, championing mission through inclusive service and strong product knowledge.
• Stand and remain physically active, moving around the store and remaining accessible to customers for 100% of the scheduled shift.
• Bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds regularly throughout the shift.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in retail, sales, or the service industry.
• A passion for helping others and enjoys teamwork.
• Ability to multitask and pivot quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills and comfort receiving feedback.
• Ambition to learn and grow from others.
