This person will perform a variety of shop duties including stocking parts, receiving, inventory maintenance, picking up delivering parts to the field if needed. They will assist the farm operations team by properly identifying needed items by using available resources. They will maintain inventory controls and tracking based on company guidelines.
$18 - $23 / hour

Job Duties:
- Assist in keeping shop and parts inventory organized and clean.
- Take a proactive approach to inventory control by assisting and or reporting discrepancies.
- Ensure farm operations team receives the correct parts in a timely manner.
- Receive ship and store parts as needed in accordance with company guidelines.
- Proactively study and stay current on industry and product information.
- Pick up and deliver parts for team and vendors as needed.
- Obtain receipts or signatures for delivered goods and collect payment for services when required.
- Occasional operation of equipment may be required to support operational needs
- Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook.
- Conduct self in the presence of customers and community so as to present a professional image of R.D. Offutt Company.
- Proactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training, in an effort to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set.
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent observation, analysis and organization abilities.
- Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
