Retail Scan Associate (SLAYTON MN 56172)

This is a permanent PART‑TIME role. The base hours for this position average from 2–4 hours per week across all stores, depending on store size and workload. Additional hours (typically 1–2 hours per week per store) are frequently assigned for special projects throughout the year, with higher demand from January through June. Full scheduling details will be reviewed during the interview.

Scan Scape Retail Scan Associates visit a designated selection of stores each week to scan all product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations, including aisle end caps throughout the store. The data collected is analyzed and used to improve the sales performance of the product and retailer (store).

• Visit assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year, including holiday weeks.
• Use a mobile app to scan barcodes throughout each store.
• Enter the quantity for approximately 45% of scanned products.
• Complete Display Scanning of the entire store each week, which may take several hours.
• Perform Custom Projects, additional detailed data requests that add 30 minutes to 2 hours of work per store as requested by clients.
• Adhere to weekly deadlines and maintain high quality data for clients.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Physical ability to remain on feet for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet, and perform repetitive movements.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Deadline‑driven self‑starter.
• Reliable Wi‑Fi access and tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
