As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently to showcase your organization and time‑management skills, establish retailer relationships, and serve as the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations as needed. Occasionally you may work with other products from other companies in the stores you service.

• Your starting hourly pay rate will be $16.00‑$18.00 based on skills and experience.

Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.

• This is a Part‑Time position with a variable schedule.
• Average weekly hours: 7‑11 hours per week.
• Availability the week before and after major holidays (including weekends) is required.
• Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support.

• Day‑to‑day engagement:
  Use a mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department. Communicate with supervisor, report time, provide feedback, and complete required surveys.
• Holiday support:
  Provide additional days and extended hours during holiday periods such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. May work on actual holiday days.
• Department resets:
  Participate in installations and tasks such as building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments and products, and resetting card sections.
• Team collaboration:
  Support other merchandiser professionals in the field organization as needed.

Physically demanding work: push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Kneel, squat, walk, stand throughout the day; climb stairs and step ladders as needed.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Operate a digital hand‑held device.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and internet.
• Reliable transportation to travel between assigned stores.
