Position Summary

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member's entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

• Ensure members see a well–kept parking lot, help members with purchases, and keep carts ready and available.
• Assist members in loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience.
• Remain constantly on feet and on the go, regardless of weather conditions, to support members.
• Perform sweeping tasks in the parking lot and maintain a clean, neat, and member–ready area.

• Provide exceptional customer service, answer any questions, and promote company products and services.
• Keep the parking lot clean, neat, and member ready.

• Ensure club pick–up orders are filled, contact members when pickup times are delayed or products are unavailable, and offer alternatives.
• Package products according to company policies and ensure items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup.
• Resolve member issues and concerns and promote the company’s products and services.
• Conduct safety sweeps, follow merchandise handling procedures, and report unsafe situations to facility management.
• Provide member service: acknowledge members, assist purchasing decisions, process purchases, accept payments, and use cash registers for transactions.
• Locate, organize merchandise, zone designated areas, and maintain cart availability.
• Assist members with transporting items using self‑retrieval equipment and maintain parking lot cleanliness.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards.
• Prioritise work assignments using data, collaborate with managers and co‑workers, identify priorities, complete tasks, communicate progress, recommend improvements, and learn from change.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00*.

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
