Summary

The Client Advisor is a boutique sales professional responsible for delivering best-in-class client service while achieving individual sales goals. The role focuses on cultivating and growing a personal client portfolio through personalized outreach, appointments and product storytelling. The Client Advisor supports boutique performance through selling ceremonies, merchandising and careful management of stock and inventory.

• Build, manage and grow a personal client portfolio with focus on retention, reactivation and lifetime value
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs, including sales volume, units per transaction and average dollar per transaction
• Deliver exceptional client service in person, by phone and electronically and set appointments
• Support floor moves, visual merchandising, housekeeping and stock organization on the sales floor and in the back of house
• Locate merchandise at other boutiques and accurately process charge-send sales per company guidelines
• Participate in inventory and cycle counts and protect boutique assets
• Assist with packing or wrapping customers' merchandise when necessary

• Deep product knowledge and ability to communicate brand storytelling to create memorable client experiences
• Proven client development and relationship-building skills with personalized outreach and follow-up
• Strong sales orientation with focus on meeting KPIs and a team-first attitude
• Problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with leadership to resolve client issues
