Position: Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store, Bilingual Preferred - Retail Sales

Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They create energy and excitement around our products and services, thrive in high-traffic environments, and build and deepen customer relationships through meaningful interactions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools, effective communication, and education of T-Mobile solutions.
  • Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and the onboarding process; identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to recommend wireless solutions and onboard customers through the T-Mobile app.
  • Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, products and processes; review personal results, current promotions, and Hub updates to remain customer ready.
  • Perform store operations, including opening and closing procedures, key and kiosk asset management, and reporting lost keys or assets.
  • Maintain an enthusiastic, customer-obsessed attitude; build rapport, trust, and loyalty with each interaction.
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers, capture referrals, manage "Be Back" processes, and perform price overrides for specialty offers consistent with National Retail policies.
  • Collaborate with leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account set-up through device support and account servicing.
Education and Work Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED (Required).
  • Minimum six months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred).

Hourly Base Pay: $19.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training and training pay. Upon completion, they may promote to Mobile Expert and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000 per year. All employees are guaranteed to earn a minimum of $20 per hour inclusive of base pay and incentives, and are eligible for an annual stock grant.
