Retail & Store Manager, Retail Sales, Retail Associate/ Customer Service
Description
We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Store.
- Coach and mentor the sales team, modeling behaviors that drive inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to meet sales and customer service targets.
- Use retail and cash‑handling skills to perform start and end‑of‑day cash reconciliation.
- Take responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.
- Manage daily store operations in a fast‑paced retail environment, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store, is desirable.
- Previous supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast‑paced work environment.
- Experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $17.25 to $28.75. Exact hourly rate depends on experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program.
