Overview

Kiokii And is a premier one-stop retail platform offering Asian trendy products in North America. We provide a large selection of high-quality cosmetics, skincare, beauty, accessories and lifestyle items with 28 stores across North America to date. We are opening a new store at Mall of America and are looking for enthusiastic applicants to join our team as a Team Lead.

• Assist the store management team in overseeing and coordinating daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
• Provide clear direction, support, and training to store associates as needed
• Maintain store conditions to ensure they consistently meet company standards and adhere to health and safety regulations
• Support staffing efforts to align with business needs and operations as requested
• Address customer inquiries and concerns, resolve issues effectively, and escalate matters to higher management when necessary
• Drive sales performance by meeting store targets and key performance metrics
• Support with store opening and setup

• Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, with some leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Passionate about the Asian beauty industry, dedicated to continuous learning, sharing expertise, and staying up to date with the latest products and trends to guide staff and enhance the customer experience
• Skilled in effective communication and building strong interpersonal relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs
• Knowledge of retail store operations, merchandising, and customer service standards
