Job Summary

Fabletics is hiring part‑time Store Associates for the Mall of America location in Bloomington, MN. The role focuses on delivering a best‑in‑class retail experience, connecting customers’ online and in‑store journeys through innovative technology.

• Embed company culture and values, providing insight to customers on how to live their passion.
• Engage customers by providing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, including events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to improve customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to customers’ purchasing journey.
• Participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager for continuous improvement of the business.
• Strive for excellence meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes (10‑30 lbs) as required.

• Minimum 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling/spin, pilates, weight training, running, nutrition and other healthy activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to multi‑task, set priorities and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Position requires on‑site presence with flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role involves constant movement, standing, and lifting for at least two consecutive hours and may require stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
