TheOpportunity
We’re seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Media Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for a media-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building relationships and delivering multi-platform marketing solutions. If you have a proven track record in print, digital, and event sponsorship sales, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do- Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and maintaining strong client relationships
- Sell across Greenspring Media’s full portfolio: print, digital, event sponsor ships, and custom content solutions
- Develop strategic sales plans tailored to clients’ marketing goals and objectives
- Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and design teams to build compelling, integrated proposals
- Stay ahead of industry trends and the competitive landscape to uncover new sales opportunities
- Manage a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools to track progress and report on performance
- Represent Greenspring Media at industry and networking events
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of successful media sales experience, with expertise in both traditional and digital platforms
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills—you know how to juggle priorities and hit deadlines
- Proficiency with CRM software and digital tools used in the sales process
- A self-starter mindset, with the drive to succeed and the resilience to overcome challenges
