Overview
I m looking to add a final account executive to work a massive territory from Inver Grove Heights to Owatonna. The role is intended to focus on employee engagement and happiness with on-site amenities and a refreshment and snack program. The right person should be tenacious, have a strong sense of integrity, and display tactical empathy.
The Account Executive is responsible for achieving quarterly and annual sales plans by securing new client appointments and building a healthy sales pipeline through ongoing prospecting. This includes gathering client intelligence prior to the first appointment, developing a program to meet client needs, and driving close rates. The role will negotiate pricing, product, and equipment options, and coordinate program demos.
COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $69,669. This is Aramark s good-faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation as of the posting date.
- Uncapped monthly commission with on-target earnings of $100,000–$120,000 annually
- Monthly car allowance: $500 plus mileage reimbursement

Job Responsibilities- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue targets by developing a territory-specific growth plan.
- Meet or exceed prospecting activity expectations as determined by Sales Management.
- Secure prospective client appointments through targeted outreach, including telemarketing, drop-offs, and cold calling.
- Update the sales software database daily/weekly as advised by Sales Management.
- Prepare for client appointments by conducting client research, tailoring sales materials, and using available resources.
- Meet with prospective clients to secure their business.
- Implement follow-up meetings to complete the sales process.
- Coordinate with client partners to meet installation timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications- Bachelor s degree preferred with a minimum of 3+ years of business-to-business outside sales experience focused on new account generation, preferably selling a service
- Proven success in developing new business and generating sales leads within an assigned territory
- Strong presentation and communication skills with a consultative selling approach
- Ability to influence decision makers at all levels of an organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- A valid driver s license
