This is an Inside Sales & Service – Parts position based out of the Menomonee Falls Customer Center. The role includes sales support from the time of inquiry to delivery, which requires parts identification, quoting, order confirmation or purchase order receipt, pricing, order processing, expediting, and problem solving. As the ISS Representative becomes more experienced, they continue to support the outside sales force with more depth in lead generation, market intelligence, and contact with current customers.

For the most experienced, they may be assigned to Special Projects, which require hands‑on supervision of highly complex orders or those that require significant coordination with external entities.

• Handling inbound customer requests to generate sales of compressed air products, services, and parts.
• Assist customers with parts identification and generate quotes to ensure quotes successfully transition to orders.
• Manage orders to ensure the delivery schedule is achieved.
• Act as key customer contact to provide information on the complete sales cycle from quote through delivery.
• Mentor peers and share best practices with less experienced teammates as needed.
• Manage inventory stocking levels and ensure the order process is complete and error‑free.
• Manage outside purchases and product transportation expenses effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure environmental, health and safety compliance and operate the forklift in the Parts Warehouse within compliance.
• Maintain all paperwork, purchase orders, etc., to respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and meet internal process requirements.
• Prepare sales and activity reports, presentations, studies, and research as requested.

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience required.
• This position is highly physical and requires regular use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, and kneeling. It requires employees to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move 40 + lbs.

• Uses data analysis and excellent processes to help predict problem areas and identify areas of opportunity.
• Communicates effectively to all teammates, providing responses and updates in a timely manner.
• Exhibits excellent multi‑tasking skills to receive information and requests via multiple media methods.
• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Provides customer service focus – understands the need, solves problems, and responds efficiently.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred and will be considered in lieu of experience.
• Technical background highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required; ability to navigate internal software programs will be needed after hire.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required (we'll certify you!).

This position will be based onsite in Menomonee Falls, WI and may travel occasionally within the U.S. for meetings, employee training, and other business needs (5–10 %).
