Position Summary

The Crew2 Design Consultant conducts in‑home sales consultations to recommend and sell cabinet refacing and kitchen remodeling solutions. This field‑based role requires regular travel within the assigned territories:
LaCrosse, Rochester, Mankato, Albert Lea. Sales consultants manage the full sales cycle, from initial consultation through contract execution, with pre‑qualified, company‑generated leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel within the assigned territory to conduct scheduled in‑home sales appointments.
  • Assess customer needs, preferences, and project goals.
  • Measure spaces and develop customized cabinet refacing and remodeling solutions.
  • Present product options, pricing, and financing solutions to customers.
  • Execute sales agreements and ensure accuracy of all project documentation.
  • Apply established sales processes and methodologies to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
  • Provide a high level of customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Prior sales experience required; in‑home sales or home improvement experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales goals.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and effectively manage customer interactions in a home environment.
  • Detail‑oriented with accurate measurements and calculations.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency with basic technology and sales tools.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Training and Development

Structured onboarding program with paid training; ongoing coaching and development from sales leadership; continued product and process training.

Compensation and Benefits

Commission‑based compensation with performance incentives; monthly cell phone allowance; fuel card and auto allowance; comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, and vision); full‑time W‑2 employment.
