Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to accelerate and identify growth opportunities to exceed annual sales goals.
  • Lead account strategy for Information Software, IoT and core hardware portfolio within selected accounts in the territory.
  • Collaborate with Rockwell Information Software (IS) Account Rep Team for Lead Generation, IS Sales resources, regional solution consultants, and the Rockwell Sales pursuit desk.
  • Establish relationships at all organizational levels within the customer base and understand customer processes, goals and organizational models.
  • Follow the Rockwell Automation sales process: know assigned accounts, plan for growth, maintain a healthy funnel, lead opportunities to closure, and evaluate performance against goals.
  • Coordinate efforts between Rockwell, partners, and selected accounts.
  • Focus on opportunistic pursuits, new business acquisition, and conversion of new contracts and deals.
Essentials (Required)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. – no visa sponsorship.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time within the assigned territory.
  • Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales experience selling through distributors or channel partners.
  • Prior experience in technical sales, industrial distribution, channel sales or system integration.
  • Experience selling digital transformation solutions, IIoT, and Industry 4.0 offerings.
  • Knowledge of the Integrator Ecosystem for software and hardware solution delivery.

Total Target Compensation: $142,240 - $213,360 (60% base salary, 40% variable).
