Responsibilities- Drive sales growth in the Twin Cities & Greater Metro.
- Build and maintain relationships with key retailers and distributors such as Cub Foods, Hy‑Vee, Kowalski’s, Lunds & Byerlys, Walmart, Target, etc.
- Plan and execute route rides, study existing and potential volumes, and identify opportunities to expand our footprint beyond the shelf.
- Ensure in‑store merchandising, clean back‑stock areas, and maintain POS displays.
- Collaborate with regional distributors (College City Beverage, Capitol Beverage, Tow Distributing, Schott Distributing) to monitor inventory, share feedback, and develop incentive strategies.
- Recommend changes in pricing, product assortment, merchandising equipment, and techniques based on results and competitive trends.
- Adhere to food safety, quality, and SQF practices and report any issues to management.
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
- Minimum one (1) year of sales experience, preferably in beverage.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Physical ability to lift and carry 35lbs repeatedly, up to 75lbs occasionally, and push/pull up to 100lbs regularly.
- Experience in a safety‑sensitive role and commitment to personal and others’ safety.
Base Salary: $57,000 – $70,000 (depending on experience). Annual Bonus Potential: up to 10% based on company performance. Compensation reviewed by geographic location.
Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement offered, depending on position level and location.
