Field Sales Representative

Jumpstart your sales career with AT&T. You will work independently in the field, meeting customers in their homes and delivering personalized sales interactions. You will learn from a team of sales professionals and receive paid training and ongoing coaching.

• Schedule and conduct sales appointments in customer homes.
• Demonstrate and upsell AT&T technology and services.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and commission goals.
• Provide solutions that keep customers connected to what matters most to them.
• Work independently, covering evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

• Minimum 1 year of commission-based sales experience; outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and succeed in a commission environment.
• Strong upselling skills and ability to personalize solutions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in the field.

Base salary ranges from $60,530 to $100,000, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities. Uncapped commission potential can exceed $100,000 for top earners.
