Foot & Ankle Sales Representative

Mankato, MN;
Winona, MN; or any city between these points.

As a Foot & Ankle Sales Representative, you collaborate with surgeons and healthcare professionals to sell Stryker Foot & Ankle products. You become the resident expert, providing advice, training, and product demonstrations during operating room consultations, managing inventory, and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals.

• Sell and promote Stryker Foot & Ankle products to surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
• Become the resident foot & ankle expert for your territory and provide product and tool guidance.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training, and consultations in operating rooms and during sales meetings.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure products are available when needed.
• Research and understand competitors’ offerings to maintain credibility with surgeons.
• Participate in sales meetings and professional association events beyond regular business hours as required.
• Adhere to compliance, privacy, and ethical standards (Adva Med, federal, state, and local laws).
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of clinical healthcare or sales experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience; preferred additional experience in an operating room setting.
• Knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategy, product demonstration, and sales control systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and database tools.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with surgeons and hospitals within the territory.
• Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments.
• Willingness to travel 30% of time and work field‑based duties.
