Job Description

This is a category-defining opportunity to build a repeatable sales engine for a platform reaching millions of engineers. Transitioning from founder‑led sales, you will personally execute the sales motion before scaling a team. You will drive demand‑generation and discovery layers for the global electronics market at a fast‑growing startup.

What You Will Do
  • Personally run high‑volume discovery calls, proposals, and negotiations to prove the sales motion and define the ICP.

  • Recruit and develop a high‑performing sales team once a repeatable outbound and inbound pipeline is established.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Proven track record of personally building a repeatable sales engine at a VC‑backed startup from 7 to 8‑figure revenue.
  • Experience selling demand‑generation or AdTech solutions to business stakeholders and marketing leaders.
  • Obsessive focus on the craft of selling with a bias for operational discipline, direct feedback, and rapid execution loops.
