Bilingual Spanish Field Sales Representative

We are recruiting Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white‑glove experiences directly in customers’ homes across the Minneapolis‑St. Paul metro area. You will work independently to conduct personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments, offering hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions to help customers stay connected.

• Receive paid training and ongoing coaching to develop field‑selling expertise.
• Manage a portfolio of scheduled appointments provided by AT&T, engaging with warm prospects.
• Employ strong negotiation and communication skills to close sales and upsell services.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and use company vehicles for business purposes.
• Work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet customer needs.

• 1+ year of commission‑based sales experience; outside sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Commitment to a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.

• Base salary range: $60,530 – $100,000, depending on geography, experience, expertise, and education.
• Uncapped commission potential; top earners have the opportunity to exceed $100,000.
