Sales Associate

• Handle inbound and outbound phone, email, and chat interactions with consumers and agents in a high-volume contact center environment, delivering a positive customer experience
• Drive sales performance, converting inquiries into sales and cross-selling additional, relevant products across lines such as dental, vision, pet, and other offerings
• Demonstrate a commitment to quality and growth, actively participating in QA coaching, continuously improving product knowledge, and confidently asking for the sale

• 1+ years of experience in retail, restaurants, beauty, or other related industries
• Enjoy people, building rapport and being on the phone
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Hourly range is $21 to $22 per hour.
