About the Role

One Dose is hiring a Small-Mid Market Enterprise, SME, Account Executive to help drive growth in an emerging market with cutting-edge healthcare solutions. In this role, you'll partner with a Senior Account Executive to build and qualify pipeline across a territory, while owning and closing small-market deals yourself. You'll run discovery and demos on smaller accounts, book and qualify meetings that fuel the territory, and play a direct role in improving prehospital care and EMS operations.

This is a high-impact opportunity for an early-career seller who wants their work to truly matter and who's looking to grow toward a full-cycle closing role.

What You'll Do
  • Book and qualify meetings for your territory's Senior Account Executive, carrying a qualified meeting quota.
  • Own, run discovery and demos on, and close small-mid market deals
  • Source pipeline (booked demos) that converts to closed-won business across the territory.
  • Partner closely with your territory Sr. AE on outreach, meeting targets, and account strategy; larger or escalating accounts are worked under the AE with your support.
  • Articulate value to Fire and EMS stakeholders across the full sales process.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of sales experience (SaaS and/or the prehospital/EMS industry preferred), with a track record of hitting activity and pipeline targets.
  • Exposure to the sales process: prospecting, discovery, demoing, and closing; eagerness to develop full-cycle skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value to diverse stakeholders, including Fire and EMS professionals.
  • Proficient in CRM software (Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar) and modern sales tools.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Compensation

OTE $89,200–$99,200 (territory and base driven). Competitive base + commission (closed-won on One Dose and One Weight, plus qualified meetings booked) & equity options.
