Role DescriptionThe Esthetician Medspa Admissions Recruiter is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Edina, MN. This role is responsible for engaging prospective students, explaining program offerings, and guiding them through the admissions and enrollment process. Day‑to‑day tasks include conducting campus tours, following up on inquiries, scheduling and leading admissions appointments, and supporting applicants with required documentation. The recruiter collaborates with faculty and administrative staff to ensure a welcoming admissions experience and accurate program information.
The role also involves maintaining organized records, meeting enrollment goals, and representing the institute at events and outreach activities.
- Strong foundation in CRMS and organization to juggle many tasks between tours, computer work and phone calls
- Knowledge of Cosmetology principles and interest in beauty and wellness education to effectively communicate program value to prospective students.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and support individuals through decision‑making.
- Sales skills, including the ability to present offerings clearly, handle objections, and meet enrollment or outreach targets ethically and professionally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in speaking one‑on‑one and in small group settings.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, with attention to detail in handling applicant information and maintaining accurate records.
- Comfort using basic office software, CRM or admissions systems, and digital communication tools.
- Previous experience in admissions, recruiting, esthetics, cosmetology, or customer‑facing roles is beneficial.
- Relevant esthetics or cosmetology licensing or education is a plus, along with a commitment to inclusive, non‑discriminatory student support.
