Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Genuinely greet all guests with a friendly smile, select and help locate or obtain merchandise based on guest needs and desires.
• Learn, reference, and share current product knowledge with guests; provide prompt recommendations and professional service to enhance their shopping experience (e.g., fit, fashion wardrobe advice, and suggesting add‑ons).
• Emphasize brand direction and seek opportunities to inform guests of current marketing programs and upcoming events.
• Actively participate in all store‑related meetings, working toward exceeding sales and service performance goals set by store management.

• 2+ years of guest and sales experience.
• "Get things done" mindset.
• Natural collaborator able to identify opportunities and take initiative.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business.

Rate Range: $15.00 or minimum wage - $22.00/hr
