Health Partners is seeking an After Hours Scheduling Assistant to support Urgent Care. The role focuses on staffing Urgent Care sites with part-time physicians for evening and weekend hours, and maintaining accurate schedules across Care Line and affiliated clinics.
The ideal candidate will have two years in scheduling systems, strong problem solving skills, and experience with spreadsheets, databases, and memo drafting. Keyboard proficiency and clinical setting experience are preferred.
