Aurum Wireless is hiring full-time and part-time Mobile Experts to join our National Retail team.

This is an entry-level sales position working inside established retail partner locations, helping customers with wireless, internet, entertainment, and connectivity solutions from major national brands.

No previous sales experience is required.

We’re looking for people who are outgoing, dependable, coachable, and motivated to earn.

• Work inside an assigned retail partner location
• Approach and engage customers
• Help customers compare wireless plans, devices, promotions, and connectivity options
• Recommend products and services based on customer needs
• Process new accounts, upgrades, and additional services
• Learn professional sales and customer engagement skills
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Maintain a professional presence inside our partner stores

You do not need a sales background to succeed here.

Experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, athletics, customer service, or similar environments can be helpful, but it is not required.

As a Mobile Expert, you will work inside an established retail environment and represent approved products and services from nationally recognized companies.

This is a performance-based sales role. Your earnings can increase significantly as your sales performance improves.

Afternoon, evening, and weekend availability is especially valuable because these are typically the busiest periods inside our retail locations.

Part-time opportunities can be a strong fit for students, people looking for additional income, or someone looking to gain professional sales experience.

Aurum is continuing to expand, and we prefer to promote from within.

Strong performers may have opportunities to move into Team Lead and market leadership positions as new locations open.
