Associate District Manager - HRO Comp Services

What You'll Do

• Close sales and win new business within a defined territory.
• Attend ADP’s training program and work with both new and existing clients to sell human resources solutions.
• Cultivate relationships with Human Resources and executive decision‑makers, set appointments, gather leads, and assess buyer needs to present the best ADP solutions.
• Manage multiple sales processes through all stages of the sales cycle, document activities, and support implementation until the solution is live.
• Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the broader network.

• Proactive self‑starter with an upbeat, persistent style and the ability to cold call without fear of rejection.
• Strong time‑management skills, able to prioritize deliverables and multi‑task efficiently.
• Clear, professional presentation skills across written, in‑person, and phone communications.
• Experience carrying a quota in outside business‑to‑business sales, with a track record of closing deals and managing a territory and relationships.
• Ambitious, motivated under pressure, and capable of exceeding sales quotas.
• College degree preferred but not required. Three years of business‑to‑business sales experience (preferably field sales) is acceptable, as is military experience.
