Provide a personalized, customer-focused sales experience in the Holiday Gift Shop. Build customer relationships and meet sales goals through in-store and digital selling.
Responsibilities- Achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
- Build lasting customer relationships and provide honest feedback on style and fit.
- Develop product and fashion knowledge and promote Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
- Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, and light cleaning.
- Work flexible schedules and occasionally support other departments.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively on a team.
- Strong interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and work a flexible schedule.
- Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
