Service Restore Pro is looking for a skilled Water Damage Repair Technician to join our team. As an essential part of our disaster response crew, you will be responsible for handling emergency water damage repair in Minneapolis , including water extraction, drying services, and restoration work in Minneapolis and surrounding areas such as St. Paul, Bloomington, and Edina.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to emergency water damage calls and assess damage to residential and commercial properties
- Perform water extraction and drying services using specialized equipment
- Document work completed through photos, notes, and daily logs
- Provide support in mold remediation and fire damage restoration when needed
- Participate in on-call rotation and flexible working hours
- Competitive pay based on experience and certifications ($20–$30 per hour)
- Overtime opportunities available

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced situations
- Previous general labor experience, preferably in construction or restoration
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in confined spaces
- Basic technology skills and familiarity with company software
