Abbey Residential is looking for a high-energy, service-minded Maintenance Technician to join our vibrant, professionally managed apartment community If you're someone who takes pride in your work, enjoys helping others, and thrives in a team setting, this is your chance to grow with a company that values excellence and promotes from within.
What You’ll Do:- Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems in apartment homes
- Installing and maintaining appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, washers/dryers
- Performing preventive maintenance and routine inspections
- Handling light plumbing and electrical repairs
- Painting, caulking, lock changes, and general interior/exterior upkeep
- Working as part of a high-performing maintenance team
- Participating in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies
- HVAC Certification (Required)
- Valid Driver’s License (Required)
- At least 1–2 years of apartment maintenance experience or related field work
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues quickly and efficiently
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A positive, professional attitude and commitment to excellent resident service
