Full‑Time Tire Technician

As a Full‑Time Tire Technician, you keep customers safe while growing your career. You work in the bays, installing, rotating, balancing, repairing, and cleaning tires and wheels.

You start with a huddle, work in your bay, and serve customers with a safe and timely experience. No desk work.

• Install, rotate, balance, repair, and clean new tires and wheels
• Provide an inviting, easy, and safe customer experience
• Learn by doing with hands‑on training and development

• Team mindset: former athlete, military team member, or hands‑on leader who loves working with people
• Servant leader energy: calm under pressure, positive can‑do attitude, and integrity
• Hands‑on stamina: on your feet, lifting, moving, and hustling with teammates
• Strength: ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Automotive enthusiasm is a plus but not required
