Maintenance Tech 1st shift (Aerospace Manufacturing – Bloomington, MN)

What You’ll Do- Analyze and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatics, PLCs, and robotic equipment.
- Accurately complete work orders and document all relevant information.
- Review production schedule and make equipment changes as needed.
- Troubleshoot and test equipment to check operations.
- Perform scheduled maintenance, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
- 2‑year technical/mechatronics degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of previous experience in a technical maintenance role in an industrial manufacturing environment required.
- Previous experience working with PLCs and VFDs strongly preferred, especially with Allen Bradley communication protocols.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Electrical and mechanical aptitude required.
- LOTO training and ability to work in confined spaces; HVAC experience preferred.
- $36–$38/hour + 5% quarterly bonus potential.
- Work hours:
4–12:30 pm (M‑F) or 12–8:30 pm (M‑F). - Paid training & educational assistance to grow your career.

This is a non‑management, full‑time position. Pay Range: $35–$37 per hour.
