Maintenance Tech 1st shift (Aerospace Manufacturing – Bloomington, MN)

• Analyze and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatics, PLCs, and robotic equipment.
• Accurately complete work orders and document all relevant information.
• Review production schedule and make equipment changes as needed.
• Troubleshoot and test equipment to check operations.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.

• 2‑year technical/mechatronics degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of previous experience in a technical maintenance role in an industrial manufacturing environment required.
• Previous experience working with PLCs and VFDs strongly preferred, especially with Allen Bradley communication protocols.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Electrical and mechanical aptitude required.
• LOTO training and ability to work in confined spaces; HVAC experience preferred.

• $36–$38/hour + 5% quarterly bonus potential.
• Work hours:
  
  4–12:30 pm (M‑F) or 12–8:30 pm (M‑F).

This is a non‑management, full‑time position. Pay Range: $35–$37 per hour.
