10:30am- 7:00pm CST Monday-Friday

In Office (Bloomington, Uniontown, or Gilbert)

• Manage and maintain required phone queues to provide client facing technical support for instruction, fire, video, and access control systems.
• Manage and maintain the Remote Triage queues to ensure requests are completed in a timely manner within SLA requirements and within client video specifications.
• Follows established sequences, policies, and procedures.
• Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years' experience with Securitas Technology.
• Demonstrate ability to analyze and troubleshoot electronic security equipment remotely - including intrusion, fire, video, and access control systems.
• Able to perform duties with a high degree of urgency and accuracy
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be in good standing with Attendance Policy
